Fruits from the Heart of Dobrogea Project – The Story of MOESIS

The story begins in Eastern Europe, in Romania, in Dobrogea, at the foot of the Macin Mountains (the oldest in Europe), where the food tradition is distinguished to this day by maintaining a rural dominance based on the exploitation of ingredients of local origin.

The project “Fruits from the heart of Dobrogea” is based on the partnership formed by entities through which a local market will be developed, in which we find local products that have a certificate of traditional product respecting the main characteristics of the short supply chain.
